Original Design in HTML before wordpress template development

Mundia Blog
In December 2009, Ancestry.com launched Mundia.com, a new family history site for international markets. I helped the Mundia team create their blog by designing and developing the wordpress templates.
The blog utilizes Mundia branding including a sticky footer with the characteristic Mundia tree and hill.
Here I used typographical hierarchy and spacing to distinguish between different sets of content, be it posts, comments or lists. This creates a cleaner roomier design, where lines (in this case dashed light grey lines) add to the look-and-feel without detracting from the content.
